一、协议主体

Parties

二、服务内容

Service Description

乙方通过 Creem 平台，向全球用户提供 数字化订阅服务，包括但不限于：
	•	软件或在线工具的订阅使用权
	•	数字化内容订阅（如功能服务、在线内容、会员权限等）
	•	与订阅相关的技术支持与维护服务

乙方以个人身份独立提供上述服务，不构成雇佣关系。

Party B provides digital subscription-based services to global users via the Creem platform, including but not limited to:
	•	Subscription access to software or online tools
	•	Digital content or membership subscriptions
	•	Technical support and maintenance related to the subscription services

Party B provides services independently as an individual, and no employment relationship is formed.

三、结算与付款方式

Payment & Settlement
	1.	用户通过 Creem 平台订阅并支付服务费用；
	2.	Creem 按平台规则对订阅收入进行统计与结算；
	3.	Creem 定期将乙方应得的服务收入支付给乙方指定的收款账户（如支付宝）。

该收入性质为 个人提供数字化订阅服务所取得的服务收入。

	1.	Users subscribe and pay for services through the Creem platform;
	2.	Creem calculates and settles subscription revenue according to platform rules;
	3.	Creem periodically pays Party B’s service income to the designated receiving account (e.g. Alipay).

The income is classified as service income from providing digital subscription services.

四、协议期限

Term

本协议自乙方注册并使用 Creem 平台起生效，
在乙方持续通过平台提供订阅服务期间长期有效。

This agreement becomes effective upon Party B’s registration and use of the Creem platform and remains valid for the duration of service provision.

五、税务与合规说明

Tax & Compliance

乙方确认其为中国个人用户，
并理解其订阅服务收入需根据中国相关法律法规自行申报和履行税务义务。

Party B acknowledges being an individual user in China and understands that tax obligations shall be fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

六、其他

Miscellaneous

本协议用于说明乙方与 Creem 平台之间的服务关系，
作为乙方跨境收款及资金来源合规说明文件使用。

This agreement is used to describe the service relationship between Party B and the Creem platform and serves as a supporting document for cross-border payment compliance.
